Great evening for a bike ride

On my way home from work, I thought it would be a perfect evening for a bike ride. I stopped at Kyle's bike shop in Ankeny to pick up a helmet for R-man, little-C already had one from last summer. When Dave got home he got everything ready and we took off. We rode to Palmer's Deli in Ankeny for dinner. We weren't sure how R-man would like the bicycle ride but he seemed to enjoy it as much as little-C.

On our way home from Palmer's Deli, little-C kept saying, "go to the park." Dave and I figured since we got a semi-workout in that she had better get a little fun too. Her and R-man had a great time swinging, climbing the rock and going down the slide. After about fifteen minutes we figured we had better head home to get the kiddos ready for bed. Post bath, R-man was quickly out but little-C took a little while longer. She loves watching YouTube video's on her i-pad!  Yes, she got her own for Christmas and absolutely loves it.
